Derived from natural flake salt, formed once a year in the traditional salteries of North Lebanon, only the superior layer is harvested. It has fine crystallization and is rich in minerals, including iodine. Mixed with wild herbs found in the Adonis Valley: oregano, sage, thyme, sumac, and laurel leaves.
