Our Markets
We’re focused on creating community, and markets are our thing. Market the heart of our city, where our vibrant culture and personalities beats the strongest, driven by passionate people, niche concepts, and the warm sense of community that welcomes every visitor.

Torba Market @ Education City
Established in 2017, Torba Market supports local artisans and producers, regional food cultures, seasonal produce, and sustainable practices. We’ve been plastic free since day one, sustainability and ethical farming is at the heart of everything we do. We’re proud to hold long-standing relationships with our vendors, all of whom share our values. For our community, we’ve nurtured that connection of knowing where your food comes from, and who made it.
Located in the heart of Education City, under a sea of iconic green and white striped tents, you’ll find great food and produce offerings, but it’s the community feeling and the new weekly discoveries that make it a beloved destination for both locals and visitors.

A Torba Day
Our hard working small business owners arrive early to set up their stalls, friendly laughter and chatter, maybe a high five or two. Colourful and freshly harvested veggies are laid out with care, artisan food is piled up, chefs gearing up for cooking the latest menu, coffee machines get an early rev up for the morning coffees. Reusables are displayed, the water refilled and refreshed and the pastries and cakes, crafts and more start to be unpacked. People start arriving right on time, tote bags ready to go.
Torba is a humming vibrant spot right up to 9pm. Exhausted but happy vendors pack up, kids, dogs, parents, friends say good bye ….until next Saturday..
I have always loved farmers markets when travelling and growing up on the farm was natural for me. I wanted other people to experience that.
It’s our responsibility to reduce the load on this world and we can do that by ethical farming,, reducing food miles and buying local. Plus the veggies just taste way better.’
